Glam Fumes offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here and on all pages of our website. 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by any hyperlink on our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Shipping Policy 

Glam Fumes products can only be shipped to the 50 U.S. states at this time.

Processing & Shipping Time

Please note: Because our perfumes are handcrafted, our orders have a processing time, prior to shipment. However, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your shipping label is created, that's when your order starts processing and it will be shipped within the order processing time that is listed in the banner at the top of the website. Check the banner at the top of the website (the solid pink bar at the very top of every page on our website) for our current processing/turnaround time. All turnaround times are listed in business days. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note: Orders may not always ship in the order they were received. We may be waiting for a specific bottle size, a label for a certain scent, or a batch of a scent to be prepared. If you know someone who ordered after you and their package has shipped first, there's no need to worry. We will keep you informed if there are any delays that affect your order's shipping timeframe.

Our flat shipping fee is $11.99 per order. For orders over $150, enjoy free domestic shipping using code: FREESHIP. Please note that only one coupon may be applied, per order. 

Shipping Issues/Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or misdelivered during shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for replacing or refunding items that are lost due to the shipping carrier. 

Please be aware that USPS routinely faces delays during busy shipping seasons, around the holidays, and during periods of inclement weather/natural disasters. This means that, occasionally, tracking may not update regularly or at all, or USPS' delivery date estimates may not be met. This is unfortunately not something that we are able to control or remedy, and most packages are delivered safely, albeit a few days behind schedule. If your tracking number stalls and has not updated in more than 7 calendar days (for domestic orders), please get in touch and we will be happy to assist in any way that we can.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Due to fraud, Glam Fumes currently does not offer shipping items to more than one address on a single online order. 

When will I be billed for my order?

To ensure timely delivery, your payment method will be billed immediately upon purchase.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order shipping label has been printed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's status. 

If I place multiple orders can you combine them?

No, we are unable to revise or combine orders due to fraud. We are required to fulfill each order as it was paid for, per Visa and Mastercard's guidelines. 

 

Return and Refund Policy

To maintain a positive shopping experience for all our customers, Glamfumes.com reserves the right to restrict or decline future transactions for individuals who exhibit a consistent pattern of damages and returns.

Return and Refund Policy

Please note that fragrances, in particular, cannot be returned to large retailers due to manufacturer regulations regarding hygienic products. However, we understand that fragrance preferences are highly personal—what smells wonderful on one person may not suit another. To help you find the perfect scent, we recommend sampling our fragrances before making a purchase.

Sampling allows you to experience the fragrance firsthand and ensures you'll love it before committing to a full-size bottle. You can purchase a sample of each fragrance directly on its individual product page. Sampling is the most affordable way to try a scent, as we apply a 50% restocking fee on all returns. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs to Glam Fumes.

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items, which include products purchased with a coupon code or at a discounted price. Additionally, we do not accept returns or refunds on mystery scents under any circumstances.

 

What do I do if my product is leaking, damaged, or broken in transit?

If any part of your order is damaged or broken during transit, please contact us immediately and retain all packaging materials. We may require a photo of the damage to process a claim with the shipping carrier, if applicable.

If you purchased our shipping protection, it covers damages, theft, or missing packages. Should you encounter any of these issues and have insurance, please file and submit a claim within 30 days.

Please note that if your package was damaged during shipping and you did not purchase shipping protection, we are not responsible for the damage, in accordance with our shipping terms, which you can view here.

 

Can I update my order or change the shipping address after I check out?

Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, our verification system cannot accommodate any changes to the order or shipping address. Please carefully review your cart and shipping details before finalizing your purchase.

 

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned because delivery attempts were unsuccessful, additional shipping fees will be charged for reshipping.

 

About Each Product

.03oz Sample - Extrait de Parfum Oil (oil based) 

 This an oil based .03oz sample of the perfume that you’ve selected. This is the most cost efficient way to sample our products. We highly suggest that you sample each fragrance before purchasing, to avoid our 50% return fee.

1/3oz Travel Size Extrait de Parfum Oil (oil based)

This is an oil based 1/3oz travel sized bottle of the perfume that you’ve selected. This is the perfect size to carry with you while traveling. We suggest that you place the perfume bottle in a leak proof, plastic bag and then put it into your purse or carry on luggage. Put each fragrance in it’s own plastic bag. When flying, due to pressure change in the air, be sure that bottle is closed tightly.

4oz Eau de Parfum Spray (oil based spray)

This is a pink 4oz bottle of our fragrance in the Eau de Parfum concentration. Eau de Parfum is the second highest concentration for perfume. This spray is oil based, making it long lasting. This spray can be used as perfume for the body, hair perfume (as it contains no alcohol), and also as a linen spray. This is not a body mist and there is absolutely no water in the formula. This is an Eau de Parfum spray.

4oz Eau de Parfum Nourishing Body Oil (oil based)

This is a pink 4oz bottle of our nourishing body oil in the Eau de Parfum concentration. Eau de Parfum is the second highest concentration for parfum, making it long lasting. Our nourishing body oil is made up of up of five organic carrier oils that synergize to heal, condition, and nourish the skin. This luxurious blend helps balance uneven moisture levels while imparting a beautiful glow. Our nourishing body oil consists of sweet almond oil, avocado oil, grapeseed oil, olive oil and castor oil along with the fragrance that you’ve selected. Apply this oil mixture immediately after your shower or a long, relaxing bath to seal in moisture for skin that’s as supple and smooth as silk. Make sure the oil is completely absorbed before allowing fabrics to come into contact with the skin.

1.7oz Extrait de Parfum Spray (alcohol based spray)

This is a 1.7oz triangle shaped bottle of our Extrait de Parfum in the spray version. The spray version comes in a spray bottle. Extrait de Parfum is the highest and longest lasting concentration of perfume.

1.7oz Extrait de Parfum Oil (oil based dropper bottle)

This is a 1.7oz triangle shaped bottle of our Extrait de Parfum in the oil version. The oil version comes in a dropper bottle or rollerball bottle, you select which you’d prefer to receive. Extrait de Parfum is the highest and longest lasting concentration of parfum. Make sure the oil is completely absorbed before allowing fabrics to come into contact with the skin.

4oz Home Diffuser oil

This is a clear 4oz bottle of our home diffuser oil. PLEASE NOTE: Use this home diffuser oil in a cold air diffuser. 

4oz Eau de Parfum Linen Spray

This is a clear 4oz bottle of our linen spray in the Eau de Parfum concentration. This linen spray contains no water and is very concentrated, making it long lasting. Hold bottle at least 8 inches from fabric and spray directly on linens.

CAUTION:

Our products are phthalates free, paraben free and handcrafted in the USA. ALL products arrive in a bottle with the label shown in the picture of the selected fragrance, EXCEPT the sample bottles and travel size bottles. The sample bottles and travel size bottles arrive with plain black and white labels.   All of our products are for topical use only. PLEASE do not apply any of our products to your genitals, sensitive areas or any open wounds. Shower and Body oils can make your tub slippery, please be sure to thoroughly rinse your tub after each use. Keep all Glam Fumes products away from children to avoid accidents or ingestion.
