Processing & Shipping Time
Please note: Because our perfumes are handcrafted, our orders have a processing time, prior to shipment. However, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your shipping label is created, that's when your order starts processing and it will be shipped within the order processing time that is listed in the banner at the top of the website. Check the banner at the top of the website (the solid pink bar at the very top of every page on our website) for our current processing/turnaround time. All turnaround times are listed in business days. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Orders may not always ship in the order they were received. We may be waiting for a specific bottle size, a label for a certain scent, or a batch of a scent to be prepared. If you know someone who ordered after you and their package has shipped first, there's no need to worry. We will keep you informed if there are any delays that affect your order's shipping timeframe.
Our flat shipping fee is $11.99 per order. For orders over $150, enjoy free domestic shipping using code: FREESHIP. Please note that only one coupon may be applied, per order.
Shipping Issues/Lost Packages
If your order is delayed or misdelivered during shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for replacing or refunding items that are lost due to the shipping carrier.
Please be aware that USPS routinely faces delays during busy shipping seasons, around the holidays, and during periods of inclement weather/natural disasters. This means that, occasionally, tracking may not update regularly or at all, or USPS' delivery date estimates may not be met. This is unfortunately not something that we are able to control or remedy, and most packages are delivered safely, albeit a few days behind schedule. If your tracking number stalls and has not updated in more than 7 calendar days (for domestic orders), please get in touch and we will be happy to assist in any way that we can.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Due to fraud, Glam Fumes currently does not offer shipping items to more than one address on a single online order.
When will I be billed for my order?
To ensure timely delivery, your payment method will be billed immediately upon purchase.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order shipping label has been printed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's status.
If I place multiple orders can you combine them?
No, we are unable to revise or combine orders due to fraud. We are required to fulfill each order as it was paid for, per Visa and Mastercard's guidelines.
