Shipping Policy Glam Fumes products can only be shipped to the 50 U.S. states at this time. Processing & Shipping Time Please note: Because our perfumes are handcrafted, our orders have a processing time, prior to shipment. Check the banner at the top of the website (the solid pink bar at the very top of every page on our website) for our current processing/turnaround time. All turnaround times are listed in business days. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your order starts processing. Once your shipping label is created and you've been notified that your product has shipped, you can expect to see tracking activity within 24-72 hours. Please note: Orders may not always ship in the order they were received. We may be waiting for a specific bottle size, a label for a certain scent, or a batch of a scent to be prepared. If you know someone who ordered after you and their package has shipped first, there's no need to worry. We will keep you informed if there are any delays that affect your order's shipping timeframe. Our flat shipping fee is $11.99 per order. For orders over $150, enjoy free domestic shipping using code: FREESHIP. Please note that only one coupon may be applied, per order. Shipping Issues/Lost Packages If your order is delayed or misdelivered during shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for replacing or refunding items that are lost due to the shipping carrier. Please be aware that USPS routinely faces delays during busy shipping seasons, around the holidays, and during periods of inclement weather/natural disasters. This means that, occasionally, tracking may not update regularly or at all, or USPS' delivery date estimates may not be met. This is unfortunately not something that we are able to control or remedy, and most packages are delivered safely, albeit a few days behind schedule. If your tracking number stalls and has not updated in more than 7 calendar days (for domestic orders), please get in touch and we will be happy to assist in any way that we can. Shipping to Multiple Addresses Glam Fumes currently does not offer shipping items to more than one address on a single online order. When will I be billed for my order? To ensure timely delivery, your payment method will be billed immediately upon purchase. What should I do if my order arrives damaged? Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you. How can I track my order? Once your order shipping label has been printed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's status. If I place multiple orders can you combine them? No, we are unable to revise or combine orders due to fraud. We are required to fulfill each order as it was paid for, per Visa and Mastercard's guidelines. Return Policy To ensure a positive shopping experience for all of our customers, we may restrict or refuse future transactions at Glamfumes.com for individuals identified as having an unreasonable pattern of damages and returns. Return Policy Please note that fragrances, in particular, cannot be returned to large retailers due to manufacturer regulations in relation to hygienic products. But, we also understand that fragrance is highly subjective, and what smells wonderful on one person may not work for someone else. In order to avoid this issue, we recommend sampling our fragrances before making a purchase. This way, you can ensure that you love the scent before committing to a full-size product. You can purchase a sample of every fragrance that we offer on each individual fragrance's page. Sampling our fragrances is the cheapest way to try a scent, as we charge a 50% restocking fee on every return. Also, shipping charges are not refunded AND customer must pay charges to ship the item back to Glam Fumes at their own expense. No refunds or returns accepted on sale orders items (which are orders containing items purchased using a coupon code or at a sale price.) No refunds or returns on mystery scents at all, no exceptions. What do I do if my product is leaking, damaged, or broken in transit? In the event that any portion of your order is damaged or broken during transit, please notify us immediately and save all packaging. We will need you to provide a photo of any damage when filing a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable. If you have purchased our shipping protection, it will protect you in cases of broken, stolen, and missing packages. If you experience this issue, and you have purchased with shipping insurance, please file and submit a claim, within 30 days. If your package has been broken due to shipping and handling, and you did not purchase shipping protection, we are not responsible for this issue per our shipping terms which you can see here. Can I update my order or change the shipping address after I check out? Unfortunately, once submitted, our verification system does not allow for any order or address changes. Before completing your purchase, please closely review your cart items and shipping address. Failed Deliveries If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. CAUTION: All of our products are for topical use only. PLEASE do not apply any of our products to your genitals, sensitive areas or any open wounds. Shower and Body oils can make your tub slippery, please be sure to thoroughly clean your tub after each use. Keep all Glam Fumes products away from children to avoid accidents or ingestion.
