Sampling our fragrances is the cheapest way to try a scent, as we charge a 50% restocking fee on every return. No refunds or returns on mystery scents at all, no exceptions. What do I do if my product is leaking, damaged, or broken in transit? In the event that any portion of your order is damaged or broken during transit, please notify us immediately and save all packaging. We will need you to provide a photo of any damage when filing a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable. If you have purchased our shipping protection, it will protect you in cases of broken, stolen, and missing packages. If you experience this issue, and you have purchased with shipping insurance, please file and submit a claim, within 30 days. If your package has been broken due to shipping and handling, and you did not purchase shipping protection, we are not responsible for this issue per our shipping terms which you can see here.
