Once your order shipping label has been printed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's status. If I place multiple orders can you combine them? No, we are unable to revise or combine orders due to fraud. We are required to fulfill each order as it was paid for, per Visa and Mastercard's guidelines. But, we also understand that fragrance is highly subjective, and what smells wonderful on one person may not work for someone else. In order to avoid this issue, we recommend sampling our fragrances before making a purchase. This way, you can ensure that you love the scent before committing to a full-size product. You can purchase a sample of every fragrance that we offer on each individual fragrance's page. Sampling our fragrances is the cheapest way to try a scent, as we charge a 50% restocking fee on every return. No refunds or returns accepted on sale orders items (which are orders containing items purchased using a coupon code or at a sale price.) No refunds or returns on mystery scents at all, no exceptions. What do I do if my product is leaking, damaged, or broken in transit? In the event that any portion of your order is damaged or broken during transit, please notify us immediately and save all packaging. We will need you to provide a photo of any damage when filing a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable. If you have purchased our shipping protection, it will protect you in cases of broken, stolen, and missing packages. If you experience this issue, and you have purchased with shipping insurance, please file and submit a claim, within 30 days. If your package has been broken due to shipping and handling, and you did not purchase shipping protection, we are not responsible for this issue per our shipping terms which you can see here.
